I build homes and thought i should build a hydroponic indoor grow room that is easy to maintain. to me i don't need extra work to do somethine i like. this is a 3 room set up 1: 4x5 entry to take. Another shed grower here with just an insulated shed, i have yet to find any problems with keeping the environment right although i am yet to grow through the coldest months. my plan was to insulate the grow room inside the shed before winter.. Couple of guys on here have set up grows in garden sheds, including myself (link to the 2nd grow at bottom of my post). i personally would avoid summertime growing, but it can be done. effective ventilation is paramount, intake and exhaust from outside the shed and some shed ventilation as well if possible..

The little metal sheds do nothing but amplify the outside weather. if it's cold outside it might be colder in the shed, and when it's hot outside it will definitely be hotter in the shed. at that point, you'd be better growing outside in the sunshine. sheds can be difficult to grow in, but not as difficult as attics or unheated garages..
